Someone asked me what is my story, this is what I told them " What seem to be the beginning of a prosperous relationship quickly became the most toxic situationship for two individuals. She plead for love and respect, he was support to protect her physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Then it began, he tore her down verbally first. Faster then she can realize it became a tic for tac  game, which eventually developed to physical debates to correct the wrongs of their stuationship. Things got complicated, she later became the single mother of a preemie girl. You wonder who she is? I am she, she is me. And she is many of us. " We are strong, we are capable of love, and our resilience doesnt determine our future.So yes, my story is of a battered women that decieded he nor i are to blame, we experienced something I learned how to walk away from and heal myself in the process. 

 

HLB came from pain, was developed from a broken place. HLB purpose was to bring a light to the importance of SELF CARE!!! Putting yourself first and developing a routine that emobodies peace and secruity. The average person doesnt think about themselves till they have burned themselves out. Taking the time to jump in a bath, manifest, pray, and even smoke a joint if you please can create a safe zone that only you are allowed in,
